I specialize in blending media and health with editorial insights to develop recipe content that is unique.

As a chef, I apprenticed in Italy, trained in a variety of kitchens in Los Angeles, and started The Nosh Department in 2015. Originally a hobby, writing became more integral part of my life after I joined The Wimpole Street Writers. I currently call New York home, while combining my love for words and the wooden spoon.

My work has been published in numerous online publications including the Los Angeles Times, Delish, The Daily Meal and the Huffington Post. Currently I teach nutrition in the non-profit sector.
